Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any coaching services, content, or offers made available by the Practitioner ("the Practitioner," "we," or "us"). By using this site, booking a session, or purchasing a session package, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

1. Not Therapy or Medical Treatment

This is important. Please read it carefully.

We are not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, or other licensed mental health or medical provider, and the services offered on this site are not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, or a substitute for any of these. We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any mental health condition, disease, or disorder.

The coaching, somatic work, and related services we offer are intended for general personal development, self-exploration, and emotional/behavioural pattern awareness. They draw on training in coaching, psychology, neuroscience, and complementary healing practices, but they are not a licensed clinical service.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, having thoughts of harming yourself or others, or are dealing with a diagnosed or suspected mental health condition, please contact a licensed mental health professional, your physician, or emergency services immediately. In the US, you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) at any time.

By using these services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, counselling, or medical care.
You are responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing, and for seeking appropriate licensed care when needed.
No specific outcomes, results, or "fixes" are guaranteed.

2. Who This Is For

Services are intended for adults (18+). By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Services and Bookings

Discovery calls and coaching sessions are booked via Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool. Your use of Calendly is also subject to Calendly's own terms and privacy policy.
We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or discontinue service to anyone at our discretion, including if we believe a client's needs are better served by a licensed professional.

4. Payment, Packages, and Refunds

Payment for session packages is due as described at the time of purchase and is processed via Stripe and/or PayPal. The Practitioner does not directly store your full payment card or account details.
All sales are final. Session packages are non-refundable once purchased.
Each session within a package may be rescheduled up to two (2) times, provided reasonable notice is given. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled beyond this limit may be forfeited, at the Practitioner's discretion.
Session packages expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions remaining after this period are forfeited.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of what you share in sessions and will not disclose it to third parties except:

As required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request), or
Where we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or others.

Please note: because we are not a licensed clinician, communications with us are not protected by therapist-client privilege or other legal confidentiality protections that apply to licensed mental health providers.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when booking and communicating with us.
Take responsibility for decisions and actions you take during and after coaching, including any lifestyle, relationship, career, financial, or health-related decisions.
Seek appropriate licensed medical or mental health support when needed, independent of our work together.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, photos, and any written materials shared during coaching — is the property of the Practitioner unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Testimonials and Results

Any testimonials or examples shared on the site reflect individual experiences. Results vary from person to person, and no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Practitioner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or participation in coaching services. Coaching is provided on an "as-is" basis, and you participate at your own discretion and risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law (for example, liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, where applicable).

10. Third-Party Tools

This site uses third-party services, including Calendly (scheduling) and Stripe and/or PayPal (payment processing). Your interactions with those tools are subject to their own terms and privacy policies in addition to these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Hungary. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this choice of law does not deprive you of protections you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence.
